OFF TOPIC: Tech for Teachers Weekly Blog

Welcome to my Tech for Teachers Weekly Blog! My name is Jeanette and I will be taking you on a tour of some of the latest and greatest tech tools and resources you can use in the classroom right away. For my regular daytrippermom readers, this will be a divergence for a couple of weeks as I am “borrowing” my blog for ease of use while taking a graduate course. I am currently pursuing a post-bacc. Teacher’s Certification to become a full-fledged teacher. I have always enjoyed education and my years of day tripping with my children as they grew was extremely fulfilling, allowing the world to be their teacher. Their growth and stages of life have made taking little educational trips harder to do, but now I get to teach students in a classroom, passing on the joy of learning in a different way. This weekly blog will give other educators and parents tips and tricks for integrating technology into their classrooms or homes. I am currently following two well-known blogs on this topic and I hope to capture the jist of their content and pass on some nuggets of wisdom from their expertise.
